Fire control pump group of diving by multiple centrifugal impeller and guide, ascending pipe, pumps, motors, cables and other components. Pump parts and motor potential of underwater work, motor power transmission through a coupling is directly connected to the impeller shaft, resulting in flow and pressure.

Range of application

Diving pumps internal structure

A) drain pipe: fit to ensure optimum flow rate. Material: Q235-A steel, 304 stainless steel;

B) water tube (valve): using flanged connections. Material: QT450, 2Cr13, 304;

C) shell bearings: bronze bearings;

D) shell: smooth flow channel, reduce friction and improve efficiency. Material: QT450, 2Cr13, 304;

E) impeller: Shell design, efficient, runs a wide range of work, and precision-balanced to ensure smooth operation. Material: silicon brass, QT450, 2Cr13, 304;

F) shell bearing: bronze bearings or wear-resistant rubber bearings. Reliable, long service life;

G) sleeve: reliably fix the impeller the impeller shaft;

H) impeller shaft: 2Cr13 stainless steel;

I) filter water: keep the water running smoothly and prevents large particles into the pump;

J) motor connector: properly designed Windows, ensure coupling is easy to install and disassemble. Material: QT450, 2Cr13, 304;

K) couplings: motor output drive power. Material: stainless steel.
